The size for the heel protector is not depend on how long your foot is but how wide it is, so we don't give suggestion size as shoe sizes.
Warranty:
The warranty period for Kendo Heel Protector is four weeks starts with the date when the product is received by purchaser. If any damage occurs before any usage of the Kendo Heel Protector, a new Kendo Heel Protector will be replaced without extra cost. If damage is occurred during the usage within the warranty period, customer can either choose to have FREE replacement with their next purchase or free replacement Kendo Heel Protector with a shipping cost.
