  OTHER VALUABLE COMMENTS:
Honestly, I have mixed feelings about the shinais. I bought a mu sya, a hitusiki and a yui shin. Hitsuki one is supposed to be tip heavy vs the other two dobori type shinai. They are not that expensive extremes. I can sort of see the variations in thickness closer to handle vs near the tip but the center of mass of all the shinais are practically on the same spot with less than half to a cm variation. That spot is the same for normalish shinais. So, it just looks like its gonna be tip heavy or tip light and what not but purely weight wise, its not gonna make a lot of difference in cuts or swinging. But the shinais look really good. It wll be interesting to see if they can outlast the ones I bought from japan which broke down after 6 months. So I am about 65% happy. Althou a bit stiffer than the japanese ones, the tsurus and the Sakigawa, Nakayui and those other leathers are are all good. They are probably gonna last longer anyway.
