For all return enquiries, customer will require to notice us by e-mail: service+onlinekendo.com (please replace “+” with “@”) before the product been return to us.
Return Condition for all goods - Customer can returen their within 45 days after purcheased, but all return goods must be with 100% new condition, otherwise, the surcharge be will apply.
Wrong Shippment - Customer can choose to keep the shippment with 50% back on the price difference (only when the purcheased item with higher market value), else OnlineKendo can choose the item to be returne or destroy.
Uniform size exchange - Customer will need to return the uniform as 100% new condition and cover the extra shipping cost.
Shinai Exchange - Customer can return the shinai before use, because shinai is a nature bamboo product, so we can't make grarantee on individual duration. If Customer's shinai break within 45 days after purchease, customer can choose to purchease the new shinai bamboo (bamboo only) with 35% off by providing us the damage shinai photo.
