Kendo Bogu (Armor) Warranty
 

OnlineKendo.com is responsible for all our products that we sold. If there is any product regards about quality problem, OnlineKendo.com are always responsible and try our best to help customer to work out the best solution for exchange. For all return enquiries, customer will require to notice us by e-mail: service@onlinekendo.com before the product been return to us.

Kendo Bogu Quality Problem:

OnlineKendo are offered 1 month free warranty for all parts of the bogu (included Men, Kote, Do and Tare, exclude free accessories), customer will require to notice us the problem within 1 month after received the order, and photo of the faulty item can be submit to us later.

Normally, OnlineKendo will require customer to destroy the faulty item and send us the photo, but sometimes, OnlineKendo will require customer to return the faulty good to us. OnlineKendo will only cover the returning shipping, when the problem is on the side of OnlineKendo.

 

Bogu comes with Wrong Model:

If the bogu are came with lower standard than the one customer ordered. Customer can choose to buy the worng standard bogu with special discount, or customer can return the bogu to us, and we will offer 100% refund.

Wrong Size:

We are not often to make mistake on the size, so if the bogu are comes with the wrong size as customer order, customer will need to return the bogu to us. If that is our manufactory problem, we will cover the return shipping cost, and delivery the replace the bogu parts to customer without extra cost. (*Bogu return must with good condition.)

If there is size problem on customer’s site, customer will require to pay all the additional shipping cost, and OnlineKendo.com can replace the bogu with the right size for free. (*Bogu return must with good condition.)

 

Wrong design:

If the bogu are came with the different design as customer chosen, customer will need to send us the photo of the bogu, and we will do the refund as following rate:

10% off for wrong Mune Design
10% off for wrong Embroidery
5% off for wrong color used

So if you get a totally different design as what you order, you will receive 25% off!! And only OnlineKendo.com will offer this refund, because we pay the responsibility for the mistake we made.

*All refund rate are based on the origional order history, if you were given wrong size or design in the beginning,  the refund rate will be consider as the case issue, as changing order detail after we process the order, it's much easier for us to make mistake.
